Viridian Solar: building a successful business

Our speaker tonight will be Stuart Elmes, MD and founder of Viridian Solar  He will share with us his experience of building a successul business supplying solar panels to mainstream building practice. 

Of interest to many Green-Enterprise members will be the way in which they worked closely with developers and construction professionals to design a system that would be cheap to install, rather than simply maximising the theoretical performance.

As Stuart's experience shows, this focus on the real needs of users can be very productive in designing new products and services. Its not always easy to achieve, so it will be interesting to hear from him his tips about how they did it.
