Energy Efficient Whitehall call for proposals. Deadline 19 april

The Technology Strategy Board is launching an SBRI (Small Business Research Initiative) programme to retrofit government buildings in London so they are more energy efficient and have lower carbon dioxide emissions.

They particularly welcome applications from small businesses, with innovative ideas.  Successful applicants get £20K phase1 funding  for a design proposal, followed by phase 2 funding for  a demonstration

From my experience, these SBRI schemes are well worth having a go at, if you think you've got a good idea.
